Apple Wine belongs to Trier as does the Riesling grape. Century old tradition make the local Apple Wine – in the local dialect: Viez – so special and delicious. On this day, the Viez with its transmitting good mood and conveying kind of homeland feeling, is celebrated, but also tasted and sampled.
