For five days cultures and people from all over the world meet on the streets and squares of Erfurt with their traditions (music, dance, songs and costumes). The charming squares “Anger“, “Fischmarkt“ (Fish Market), “Domplatz“ (Cathedral Square), “Rathausplatz“ (Town Hall Square) and “Wenigermarkt“ (Weniger Market) offer a distinctively unique ambiance for the event. The hustle and bustle is crowned with a parade throughout the city. Groups from Bulgaria, Ukraine, Netherlands, Albania, Finland, India, Kenya, Indonesia, Czech Republic, Germany and South Africa will be performing.
